Monday- April 20, 2020
The irony here is that the people should be outside the glass looking in at the animals, instead the animals are free to go wherever they want and the people must stay inside
Tuesday- April 21, 2020
Today, the oil price in the United States dropped below $0 Monday to $-37.63 a barrel, oil storage facilities are in risk of overflowing, there are so much oil that experts suggest that some producers in the U.S. and Canada will start paying customers to take the oil. Even though the price of oil is now in the negatives, that does not mean we will be getting free oil anytime soon, because the government puts a 14 cents tax and states usually add another 20 cents tax. So even though you can buy a barrel of gas for nothing, you still have to pay for one single gallon.
Wednesday- April 22, 2020
The air quality in the states is declining, with around 150 million people, half of the U.S. population, breathing polluted air. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Clean Air Act, when the EPA, US Environmental Protection Agency, started regulating air quality.
Thursday- April 23, 2020
The United States intelligence speculate that the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un, is in danger after a surgery on April 12th. He was not seen at his grandfather’s birthday celebration on the 15th which leads many, including the U.S, to believe that he is in danger due to health problems, including obesity and smoking. He was last seen publicly at a government meeting on the 11th. 
Friday- April 24, 2020
Today, CNN gives us a complete report on where the 50 states stand against COVID-19. In North Carolina, Gov. Roy Cooper extended a stay-at-home order, now set to go through May 8. On April 23, Cooper said the state could open in three phases after May 8, Phase 1, stay-at-home orders would remain, but some businesses would be allowed to open, Phase 2 would lift stay-at-home orders, places of worship, bars and restaurants could operate with reduced capacities, Phase 3 would ease restrictions for older populations, but also allow increased capacities at businesses and public gatherings.

Governor Cooper had announced that all k-12 public school in North Carolina will close for the rest of the school year, which is till June. Schools are suppose to be back in session in September in the current agenda, but that might change due to the pandemic.
